Shipping Policy

All orders will be shipped with the German Post Service 'Deutsche Post'

I'll try to ship out orders at least Once a week!
I ship out orders in Bulk. So please be patient

Keep in Mind that once your order has been shipped out you WILL receive an E-Mail notificiation. Make sure to check your E-Mails

**Shipping to countries: Mexico, Brazil & Colombia 
Over the recent year shipments to the above countries have shown to be difficult and resulted in a bunch of undelivered, unclaimed, returned or lost packages. Tsuyonpu Market can't assure a safe or in time delivery at this point and time. Pre-caution is needed before placing an order and if the sent out Goods will not return to the Sender a refund can't be guranteed**

All shipping rates are based on weight, since Deutsche Post / DHL changed their shipping system! The Price is based on every 100g !

once orders are out of my studio i have no control over shipping times etc. please check in with the provided shipping number / delivery company of your country

Customers are responsible for giving out correct address information

PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOUR ORDER DOESN'T ARRIVE AND GETS SHIPPED BACK TO ME YOU CAN ONLY GET A REFUND ONCE THE ITEMS ARRIVE BACK AT ME.
