USA Shipping - How it works!
USA Order Guidelines and FAQ
All USA orders should be placed through the Tsuyonpu Market website - please proceed through the checkout as you normally would.
Under the shipment option, please select the Free Shipping Option, the Shipping will be calculated AFTERWARDS! Please read for more info!!!
How It Works:
Currently, individual business-to-customer item orders cannot be shipped to the United States. All orders to the United States will be combined in bulk and forwarded to the United Kingdom, then rerouted to the United States where individual orders will be packaged and shipped to you.
However, the Tsuyonpu Market cannot calculate these fees through the store, so shipping payments will need to be paid separately and directly to the USA forwarder.
Payment Requests:
After you place your order within the Tsuyonpu Market, you will be contacted through the email provided at checkout to pay for shipping. Payment requests can be completed via Paypal, Venmo, or debit/credit card.
The forwarder will reach out to you within 1-2 days of your placed order! You will be asked to pay your shipping within the next 5 days. If you don't pay or don't answer E-Mails your order will be cancelled without further notice.
Shipping Price:
Your shipping price will be calculated for your individual order depending on the items selected. You can expect to pay anywhere between $7 - $15, with higher shipping prices reserved for the heavier items such as the deskmats. USPS will also be implementing a surcharge beginning April 26th, so any orders sent after this date will reflect this higher fee.
When can I expect my items?
Your items will be shipped in bulk by the Tsuyonpu Market after the shop opens. From here, they will need to travel to the United Kingdom, and then to the United States. This can take anywhere between 3-6 weeks. There is also always a chance for production delays, shipment delays, or other unforeseen delays. Please do not place an order if you are not comfortable waiting.
