Will Pre-Order Items return to the Shop After the PO ends?
Yes! I always order extra stock that will be available for regular purchase. However I will obviously need to ship out all open Pre-Orders first before anything becomes available again. Please keep in mind that i got over 2k+ Orders and it will take a while until everything will be send out.
Starting March I will also attend Conventions and I usually don't have my shop open during Convention season! (I wouldn't be able to handle inventory for both at the same time)
When I have time and when I have everything available will be announced over Social Media and also in the Newsletter from the Shop! I may estimate September if I have any stock left over. If not a second Pre-Order Phase will start!

What is a Pre-Order?
Pre-Order means that the Products are NOT yet in stock. They are currently in the production phase.
This means your order can only be shipped out if ALL items have arrived in my studio.
How long will it take?
Current Pre-Order Product Categories:
Category A: Caps, Keychains, Blind Bags & Prints (estimated to ship in late February!)
Category B: Jayvik Plushies (estimated to ship in late March / April)
Please note that if your Order may include a product from both categories, for example: Pre-order Keychain and a Pre-Order Plushie, it will only be shipped out once BOTH items are here.
What does this mean for my Order?
This means your order will be send out at a later point, if you placed an order that include both NON-preorder AND pre-order items, you will only get your order once ALL Items are here.
What can I do to get my things faster?
You are free to place a separate order for non-preorder items or order keychains and plushies separately to get the keychains earlier! This means the first order with all in-stock products will be send out immediately when its availabale and packed and your second order with the pre-order items will arrive when they ready!
When will I know when to expect my Order?
I will send out E-Mail Updates and share any News on my Social Media if i get any updates or have any news! You'll also receive an E-Mail when your order is on its way!
