PRE-ORDER INFORMATION PLEASE READ!!
!!!!!!!YOUR ORDER WILL ONLY BE SHIPPED ONCE ALL OF THE ITEMS HAVE ARRIVED IN MY STUDIO!!!!
Hi!! Please carefully read through this site before placing a Order on a Pre-Order item!!
Will Pre-Order Items return to the Shop After the PO ends?
Yes! I always order extra stock that will be available for regular purchase. However I will obviously need to ship out all open Pre-Orders first before anything becomes available again.
What is a Pre-Order?
Pre-Order means that the Products are NOT yet in stock. They are currently in the production phase. This means your order can only be shipped out if ALL items have arrived in my studio.
How long will it take?
I hope to start with production as soon as I have an estimate for how many products I will need!
Currently the estimated Shipping time is within 30-40 days.
I update my Socials frequently so please make sure to check on them to get the newest updates!
Please keep in mind that Plushie Pre-Orders will always take longer to go under several revision phases aswell as the Production time itself for these products can take a whole lot longer!
You can expect a waiting time of around 2-3 months!
What does this mean for my Order?
This means your order will be send out at a later point but you pay beforehand. This helps me come up for all expenses aswell as determine stock levels better
If you ordered a Product that is NOT a Preorder Product AND a Product that IS a Preorder Product, your order will only be shipped once the Preorder Product has also arrived in my studio.
Please check E-Mails / Socials frequently to avoid confusion, I always try to write as many updates as I can.
When will I know when to expect my Order?
I will send out E-Mail Updates and share any News on my Social Media if i get any updates or have any news! You'll also receive an E-Mail when your order is on its way!
I also highly recommend joining the Tsuyonpu market discord server to get infos quicker and be in direct exchange with other customers!
